I think this looks sooooo much better printed then on screen, happy with the fold and how 'joint' is effectively the front cover. Only problem is choosing a colour and stock which is going to be most effective.

The background for the piece above works so well in enhancing the design.
The four posters below are fantastic in just being a interesting poster. Its function is to simply be amusing in a clever way. I don't think hierarchy has been very well considered in the text but then again it doesnt need to be. Acting as memorabilia for the films its referring to is brilliant. Which makes this work very similar to my own as essentially my posters are a reminder of certain fighters and their fights.

Really think the best word for this is beautiful. I think the print aspect really makes this work as a delicate piece of design. Print is something i must consider to give this brief the best finish possible, and the biggest aid in helping make this work as aesthetically pleasing as possible.
Looking at work similar to my own for inspiration.
Again the play with scale and layout on the page is so much more interesting then a line of text. Looking at type and seeing how shape, form, layout can draw interest to the viewer is something that fascinates me.
Love the below typeface, the contrasts in weight and the clear geometric shapes makes this cover aesthetically very pleasing. Also the change in scale brings interest to the page, all elements which i will bring to my own work.

Really like the play with paper fold and string binding, its different to the usual book and for this reason i think it becomes more engaging.
I do like playing with the scale of the type but it needs some order to it, nothing looks right on the page, just looks a mess
Using line i've tried connecting the shapes together to give the page a connection and represent joining and 'joints'. However it looks rubbish, the page looks like a mess and conveys nothing.
