Above i'm onto the final typeface to represent wood. Again looking at bold, strong shapes. In my mind i imagine fire when i think of wood and the general shape i associate to fire are triangles. Therefore the typeface will look at these general shapes.


Instead of having chemical structures in the background i've begun applying the existing typeface to the background. This way i can demonstrate the typeface at different scales for the viewer to gain a greater understanding of how the typefaces are aesthetically pleasing.
