Keeping the heading blown up but now having it in line with the left and right hand side gives the page a grided coherent look which suddenly works as a piece of design.

I started designing below with the heading being almost the same point as the text, which is looking boring hence above i've blown it up completely.Although its suddenly more striking to the viewer it looks poorly designed, just been placed on the page without any consideration.
Below i've begun setting out the elements of the poster. To make sure the viewer gets the most out of the poster it needs to tell them what the career is, the pay, what qualifications are needed to get into that career and any other references they can check out.
