Proposal

Ok ive been thinking a lot about what i want my context book to be and how i can use this to my benefit. Well since im going to be a DT teacher it seems appropriate to have something that can aid me and my students. Ive recently been thinking a lot about my route into the profession, ive come from a very creative background, from a level art, to foundation in art and design and finally onto ba graphic design. Whats interesting from my placements is the backgrounds of the teachers ive met. Ive met teachers that are trained architects, graphic designers, product designers, engineers. What i think would be an interesting study is to see what careers can come out of studying Design Technology. Not only will this open my eyes on the matter but will also be a useful aid to pupils in making career choices!
